About SBARates.com
An independent reference for SBA loan rates and SBA lenders.
We publish the SBA's maximum 7(a) rates, recalculated whenever the prime rate changes, along with monthly 504 debenture pricing and profiles of SBA lenders built from the SBA's public loan data. We are not a lender, broker or government agency, and we don't take applications.
How we calculate rates
7(a) maximum rates are the base rate plus the SBA's maximum spread for each loan size. We use the bank prime rate published in the Federal Reserve's H.15 release, which matches the Wall Street Journal prime rate lenders use. 504 rates are the effective rates from each monthly SBA debenture pricing, as published by Certified Development Companies.
